University Mission Leave Policy
The University encourages its employees to fully embrace its Mission and pursue our Core Tenets of teaching and learning, faith and formation, service and leadership in all their work. As a Catholic, Holy Cross educational institution, the University Mission Leave Policy encourages eligible employees to voluntarily participate in University-sponsored, full day or extended programs related to the mission and values of the University during regularly scheduled work hours with pay. Staff Remote Work Policy
The University's Remote Work Policy allows some full-time staff employee positions to be eligible for remote work. This policy recognizes both the UP commitment to students through in-person instruction and service, while also supporting the employee experience and University mission.
