Cooley advised Vaccine Company, a privately held pre-clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation vaccines for infectious diseases, on its acquisition by Eli Lilly for up to $1.5 billion.

Cooley advised The Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX), a company that champions people to be well and thrive every single day, on its definitive agreement to acquire GOJO Industries, a leader of skin health and hygiene solutions, for $2.25 billion in cash, including anticipated tax benefits valued at approximately $330 million for a net purchase price of $1.92 billion.

Cooley is advising Xanadu Quantum Technologies, a leading photonic quantum computing company, on its announced business combination with Crane Harbor Acquisition Corp., which is expected to result in Xanadu becoming the first and only publicly traded pure play photonic quantum computing company. The transaction also includes a concurrent $275 million private placement of common shares.
