There's something deeply satisfying about watching raw materials transform into something you recognize. 📦 At Amazon, we use machine learning to design right-sized packaging for every order, and we've avoided 5.4 million metric tons of packaging materials since 2015. Every box is made to be recyclable. From the roll to your doorstep, our teams are constantly innovating to reduce waste while protecting what's inside. Less material. Less waste. Same safe delivery.

When we heard about a young fan in Michigan who loves watching Amazon deliveries roll through his neighborhood, we knew we wanted to do something special. We teamed up with Amazon Delivery Service Partner, Taylor Bahri, and her company Dreams Logistics LLC, a local business that delivers packages to Amazon customers, to surprise Lincoln with an experience he won't soon forget. 📷: Amazon in Action

Safety training doesn't have to be boring to be serious. Our social media manager tried Amazon's Slip, Trip, and Fall Simulator at our DDE6 Last Mile Driver Academy in Colorado: a glass floor sprayed with water, a harness for safety, and a technique real delivery drivers train on to stay steady in icy conditions. It looks funny, but is actually one of the most requested trainings by Delivery Service Partner drivers, many of whom say the small-steps balance technique helps them off the clock too, not just on their routes. Small skills, big difference when the roads (and sidewalks) get slick.

🚀Amazon intern takeover 🚀 Hi! I'm Lily, and for the past 12 weeks, I've been interning on Amazon's social media team. That means I've been behind the scenes on this very LinkedIn channel! I've had hands-on experience and the opportunity to attend incredible intern events, including Intern Ready to Launch, where Amazon Web Services (AWS) CEO Matt Garman shared his journey from intern to CEO of AWS. I also got to connect with fellow interns and Amazonians who made this summer unforgettable. What I'll take with me most is my team. They gave me real ownership, helped me grow, and genuinely made coming to work the best part of my day. Grateful for this experience and the people who made it what it was. 📹: Lily Mazza

No team members were interrupted while filming this content. 📸 We simply asked for a photo. The team at Amazon BNA3 in Tennessee delivered the hardest poses we've ever seen. BNA3 is one of the fulfillment center sites helping customers get their orders picked, packed and shipped quickly and reliably every single day. Just people who actually enjoy being together making every frame count.

Getting the temperature "just right" is one of the trickiest problems in any building, so we put a team of engineers on it. 😎 Everyone has their own way of staying comfortable at work, because thermal comfort is personal. Humidity, airflow, sun exposure, what you're wearing, even whether you just walked in from outside: every body experiences a room differently. That's exactly why our Global Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering team takes a smarter, building-by-building approach: using local data and direct employee feedback to keep each space comfortable and safe. 🌀🧊
