It takes courage to raise a concern at work. What someone needs in that moment is a way in that feels safe, and the confidence that a real person will respond. Speak Up, anonymous reporting from CultureMonkey, is built for exactly that. A concern can be raised from any phone, without a login and in the reporter's own language, and it goes only to the people meant to handle it. The case team can ask questions and share updates without ever learning who wrote in, so staying anonymous no longer means going unanswered. Make it safe to say the hard thing. #SpeakUp #EmployeeExperience #WorkplaceCulture

You can listen to someone’s feedback and still have to tell them no. That’s a situation I want Humync to handle properly. Sometimes there isn’t the budget. Sometimes a change would create problems elsewhere. Sometimes the answer is simply “not yet”. How do you explain that to the person who raised it? The prototype shows how a team could record what was decided and give employees an explanation, including when nothing is going to change. There’s a limit to what software can do here. Recording a response doesn’t mean it was a good one, or that the person felt heard. If you manage people, how do you approach that conversation? I’d be interested to hear what’s worked for you.

Most HR teams don't see turnover coming. They see it in the exit interview. By then, the cost is already locked in. Recruitment fees, onboarding time, the productivity gap while someone ramps up, and the institutional knowledge that walked out with them. 💸 It adds up to 1.5 to 2x their annual salary, every time. The signals were there months earlier. Survey participation dropping. Manager scores slipping. Career growth ratings going quiet. Engagement data catches all of it before it becomes a resignation. The fix is not more surveys. It's closing the loop. Track by team and tenure. Act when scores trend down. Follow up to confirm it worked. Employees who feel heard stay longer. That's not a culture statement. It's a retention mechanism. 🔗 Full breakdown: https://lnkd.in/g2MQGprV #EmployeeRetention #HRStrategy #EmployeeEngagement #PulseSurveys #PeopleOps #HRTech #WorkplaceCulture

“Where’s the latest version?” It’s a small question that can send someone through an email thread, a shared folder and another system before they can get on with their work. One use case worth exploring with Goodweek is asking for information across the sources a team uses, rather than searching each place separately. Could someone ask for the current project update and find the relevant information without retracing every conversation? The important part isn’t just producing an answer. We’d need to understand which sources are current, what each person is allowed to access and how they could check the information returned. What question does your team regularly struggle to answer? Book a 20 minute conversation with CETSAT to explore it. Link in the first comment. #CETSAT #Goodweek #BusinessAI

A new year, a new cycle. A good moment to ask: 🌀 “Are we actually hearing people in time?” Pulse surveys turn feedback into an ongoing signal, not a once-a-year snapshot. • Surface shifts in morale before they turn into exits • Capture context while decisions and workloads are still in motion • Enable course correction without waiting for annual cycles 🔍 Understanding workplace pulse in 2026: https://kntn.ly/fdbf7a34 #FeedbackCulture #EmployeeExperience

Software doesn't build habits. People do. That's why evyAI isn't just a tool, it's a community. Weekly posting parties. Daily accountability office hours, twice a day. Live monthly strategy workshops. Real humans doing the daily 1-5-10-20 practice alongside you, out loud, together. Because here's the truth about consistency: it's not a discipline problem, it's an isolation problem. The people who show up every day are almost always the people who aren't doing it alone. If you've ever downloaded a great tool and used it twice, that's not a "you" problem. That's a missing-community problem. Would daily accountability actually change your LinkedIn habits, or do you do better solo? Genuinely curious. 👇 #CommunityBuilding #Accountability #LinkedInTips

Random conversation about new technology being implemented. I asked about the excitement on the team because it sounded super cool to me. The response I got floored me - they didn’t want it, it won’t do what they need it to, and it’s taking budget from another item they wanted. This is the gap that happens sometimes - a system has to be replaced, but the gap between what is chosen & what is needed becomes wider than with the existing solution. This gap is the discussion and work I love. I wish it was my project so I’d get to help resolve this, but I still plan to support my colleague as she keeps bring forth the conversations that need to happen. Is there a part of what you do each day that you love more than others?

Company values are easy to write down. They're much harder to actually live by. 👇 Most companies have a values page somewhere, a few polished lines about integrity, transparency, people. 📋 Easy to write. Easy to forget the moment things get busy. At ClickTrust (by ClearTrust), ours don't live on a poster in the office. They show up in the small, unglamorous stuff that nobody's actually watching. 🔍 How carefully the team treats data, even when it's not being checked. 📊 There's no big campaign behind it, no framed quote in the hallway. 🖼️ But that consistency, showing up the same way, day after day is exactly what ends up shaping the product, the team, and the way we treat each other when nobody's asking us to. 🤝 We think that matters more than most value statements do. ✨ Swipe through to see what it actually looks like, day to day. 📖 🔗 clicktrust.cc #TeamClickTrust #WorkCulture #CompanyValues #StartupLife #CultureAtWork #ClickTrust

Stephanie Mehta interviewed the CEO of Whatnot for her weekly column. The interview ended up changing how her own company operates. At Whatnot, a live shopping app, employees cannot earn a meets-expectations review without logging hours selling on the platform and answering customer service tickets. Mehta had spent years asking for 100% completion on performance reviews at Mansueto Ventures without ever getting there. At Media Summit | SF 2026, she said she borrowed Whatnot's approach and tied her managers' ratings to it. Studying how other companies operate is an underrated way to improve your own. In conversation with J.J. Colao , Founder, Haymaker.
