We are thrilled to welcome our newest Senior Consultant, Kijafa Davis, to the Education First team. Kijafa brings over five years of strategic education consulting experience, most recently at TNTP, where she led statewide and district-level curriculum implementation supporting more than 400 Texas school districts in adopting high-quality instructional materials. She specializes in change management, curriculum implementation and state education grant strategy. We're excited to have her student- and community-centered mindset on our team, and eager to add more former educators to our rolodex, as we continue helping funders, states and districts turn ambitious academic goals into classroom practice that benefits educators and students.
