ARIS BPA emphasizes collaboration and governance over enterprise artifacts with powerful features and integration capabilities like SAP SolMan sync and Alfabet EA. It supports both legacy and new platforms, ensuring seamless migrations into integrated databases such as SQL and Oracle. However, integration challenges, documentation gaps, and complex customization processes hinder its usability. Enhancing its intuitive reporting capabilities and support could significantly improve user experience, especially for new users.
