Ari has spent over a decade helping organizations do one thing well: get clear.

His background spans advertising, management consulting, technology, and communications — which sounds like a lot of different things until you realize they're all the same problem. Someone has something important to say. The people who need to hear it aren't getting it. Ari closes that gap. At Tremendousness, he leads strategy and business development — working with clients to figure out not just what they want to communicate, but why it isn't landing yet.

Ari lives in Topanga Canyon, California, known as "where the mountains meet the sea" in the language of the Tongva people.

Bill is a designer, artist, and writer with a unique balance of analytical and creative thinking skills. He was a Founding Partner at XPLANE and has written two books. His offbeat creativity has earned him appearances and coverage at TEDxVienna, The New York Times, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Forbes, The Cannes Lions, and many others.

That said, what Bill really loves is backpacking long trails in the mountains and (separately) watching MST3K. Originally from Ohio with a BFA from Ohio University, he lives in St. Louis with his wife Diane and their dog Bowie, and has two wonderful grown kids.

Curiosity makes Chris a stronger communicator — and illustrator, problem solver, facilitator, beer label designer, competitive cyclist, and mother. From her first temp assignment at Anheuser-Busch to roles at XPLANE and Dachis Group, she has exploited her inquisitive nature for the greater good. Time and again Chris’ clients are rewarded by her versatility and passion for transforming the complex into something beautiful and compelling.

Chris is a St. Louis native and earned her BA from Washington University. Chris is a St. Louis-area native, avid cyclist, and unabashed foodie. She enjoys time with her close-knit extended family, and a couple loyal but not-so-well-behaved pups.

What’s the one thing Lisa might love more than Keith Richards or her English Bulldogs? Details — about the project, the schedule, the client, the budget. Her attention to detail is both a passion and a skill she’s honed over more than two decades in project management, production, and client services. Before joining Tremendousness as a founding partner, Lisa worked at creative firms that served clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies to the Vatican.

Lisa is a graduate of Fontbonne University. When she’s not multitasking at work, you’ll find her minding the details of juggling twins and pets at her St. Louis home with her husband Matt.

Susanne has a true love of problem solving with a natural inclination to bring people — and their ideas — together. She’s an analytical and versatile director of design who focuses on crafting smooth user experiences, visualizing complex data,  and clarifying systems of information.

She earned a BA in Art Theory & Practice and French from Northwestern University, with additional studies at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and Université de Paris IV. Susanne has made her home in the St. Louis area with her husband, Jeff, two kids, and one lovable dog. She loves a good challenge, whether it’s pie baking competitions or finding the best run to ski in the Canadian Rockies.

Interactive Designer / Illustrator

Hannah has a passion for visual storytelling — whether through animation, illustration, design, or UX/Ul. She strives to craft meaningful stories that bring empathy and spark wonder. She believes these stories come from human connection and detail-driven design: those millions of tiny decisions that take a project from good to amazing.

Hannah studied Interactive Design and Communications at Maryville University. You can find her in Kansas, where she spends her time sipping coffee, playing card games, watching movies, and spending quality time with family.
