This was a personally interesting experience for me because at first I was going on a trip with my own individual booking, but then a friend decided to come along at the last minute! So there were some hurdles to jump over and Destify crew was most helpful and I just like to single out Jessaliefor help making the room reservation especially the airport Transfers, come together with my guest at all at the last minute!

Sometimes traveling, especially international can be a bit stressful but everything seems to be in place now! And I most grateful!

I had some obligations /emergencies that forced me to change things on my visit to Punta cana, and it was very hard to not be stressed as is , I sent servreal emails , calls and all reps told me they will call back and never did, except Joe until Oct. 1st I never heard back from him , I had to keep explaining my case every time I call and every time someone said we will call you back. this was for OVER A WEEK until John Louie , kept his promise and call me yesterday an today . and just by getting his call I was feeling better. Thank you John !! you truly know how to help a client

I was having trouble editing incorrect guest information on my reservation after booking. It's imperative that personal information matches your passport so I emailed customer support when the site would not save my edits.To my surprise I got a quick response back from a representative named Evalyn. She was very helpful and made corrections to my reservation promptly.

I worked for Destify as a Wedding Specialist, and my experience left me with serious concerns about the training provided to the people couples are trusting with one of the most important events of their lives. I was expected to manage consultations, recommend resorts, prepare quotes and guide couples through destination-wedding decisions while I was still learning critical parts of the process. I made my first sale before I felt I had been fully trained on what happened after the wedding deposit was submitted.
When mistakes or missed steps happen in an environment like this, I believe the company needs to examine its training process rather than simply placing responsibility on employees who are still learning. Destination weddings involve significant money, travel, guests and irreplaceable moments. Couples deserve experienced, thoroughly trained professionals handling those details. Based on my firsthand experience behind the scenes, I would personally be very cautious about entrusting my own wedding to this process.

Handled the problem very quickly

This was 1st time using this Destify website to RSVP for my friend's wedding and using the price match portal. Using the online portal was effortless and easy to maneuver.
I'm also giving a 5 star rating because Joe was able to approve and notify me of the price match promptly and update my account in a timely manner. This is surely wonderful customer service and positive experience. I look forward to seeing what Destify has to offer going forward. Great job,Joe!

Evalyn made my experience with Destify flawless and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I am coming for a close friend’s wedding at the Royalton Punta Cana. I made a bundle with my trip to DR including flights and the private airport transfer. She did an amazing job and excellent customer service!!

I have not yet visited the Royalton Riviera Cancun but my experience with my reservation has been very satisfying. Evalyn came through with a special request that is much appreciated.
