Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (“EU GDPR”) requires organisations that are not established in the European Union to designate a representative in the EU if they are subject to EU GDPR. YouLend Limited and YL I Limited’s representative in the EU is YouLend Gmbh.

This Privacy Policy is governed by our Terms of Use (https://youlend.com/termsofservice).

We process personal data in the UK in compliance with the UK GDPR (which is the retained EU law version of EU GDPR as it forms part of the law of England and Wales by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and as amended), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulation 2003 and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (together the “UK Data Protection Legislations”) and all other applicable data protection law. We process personal data in the EU in compliance with EU GDPR and all other applicable data protection law.
