In celebration of the opening of our new Cardiac Cath Lab, Mather Hospital is offering a Heart Healthy Raffle.

To enter the raffle, share three things you do to keep heart healthy and three areas you want to work on.  Email your answers to matherhospital@northwell.edu with subject line “Heart Healthy” and you could win!

First prize:           One-year membership at Planet Fitness

Second Prize:     $100 gift card to Whole Foods

Third Prize:         $50 Nike gift card
