The 2020 Northwell Workforce Engagement and Physician Engagement Surveys take place November 9-23. The surveys only take about 15 minutes to complete and are 100 percent confidential.
No one at Northwell Health or Mather Hospital will have access to individual responses to the surveys, which are administered by a third party.
The surveys are part of Northwell’s listening strategy, and the results will be used for systemwide initiatives and local strategies.
This year’s surveys are completely virtual – no paper questionnaires will be used.
