I participated in the Microsoft Agent-a-Thon (Level 3) via Founderz and was blocked from completing the first challenge due to an Azure quota limitation.

Before reaching human support, I received four more or less identical automated responses across different channels — all promising that my question had been escalated and would be answered "shortly." It never was. The help center did not contain the answer, and the support contact address was not findable there either.

When I eventually reached a human, the issue was confirmed and I was directed to ask whether the hackathon provided shared Azure resources for participants. That follow-up question was met with another automated response — the same "escalated, will reply shortly" — with no resolution.

The hackathon was structured in a way that made completion impossible for participants on free Azure tiers, with no fallback provided. The support system made it unnecessarily difficult to even confirm this.

There's an irony worth noting: this was a hackathon about building AI agents. Using agents as the sole support channel — with no meaningful human-in-the-loop — meant that participants couldn't get real answers to real blockers. For an event at this level, that's a significant gap between what's being taught and how the event itself is run.

From what I’ve seen, it’s quite well suited if you’re starting from scratch and want to understand how to use AI in your work or business. It’s practical and easy to follow, especially if you don’t have a technical background. That said, if your goal is to go deeper or become an AI developer, it will probably feel limited.
In the end, it really depends on what you’re looking for. If you want a solid, practical introduction, it makes sense. If you’re expecting something more advanced or technical, probably not the best fit.
I actually looked into it in more detail and wrote a full breakdown (pros, cons and who it’s really for). If you search in Google something like “mentedigital founderz AI master review” you’ll probably find it.

My experience at Founderz was great. In this course, I gained awareness and the knowledge what can IA provide for us in our daily lives and jobs. Thank you FOUNDERZ for introducing this path of the AI and showing how interacting with AI tools is not that difficult and in many cases beneficial. This school/business seems like a joke. I've tried to schedule/ reschedule a sales call since I'm interested in one of their courses and because I had some questions, they suggested to schedule a call. Twice and no show. Lame excuses afterwards and when you complaint, no one replies, total lack of seriousness. Seems dodgy and lost all interest in giving them my money. They lost a potential client. Way to go Founderz
