Good broker
Good broker, been using over 5 years and never had any issue with them. The spreads are tight and it do have abit of slipage sometime but is normal and acceptable. Withdrawal is also fast, normally I can get my withdrawal on the next day.

However, your reply does not address the substance of my complaint.
Pepperstone Markets Limited cancelled my trading positions and removed approximately $34,500 in trading profits from my account. I have not received a sufficiently detailed, transaction-by-transaction explanation of the alleged breach, the contractual basis for each cancelled position, or the calculation used to remove these profits.
Referring generally to your Terms and Conditions and stating that my complaint has been reviewed does not resolve these outstanding questions.
I request a detailed written explanation, including the specific contractual provisions relied upon, the evidence supporting your decision, and a complete reconciliation of my account balance and cancelled profits.
I reserve all my rights to refer this matter to the relevant financial regulator and pursue any other remedies available to me.
I ask Pepperstone to address these specific issues rather than simply repeat its previous position.

Be careful: Pepperstone takes no responsibility for crypto deposits. I sent $500 from my Binance account, the transaction went through successfully, and the money still hasn't shown up. I've given them the TxID and they're just ignoring it. They tell me to wait DAYS, even though the crypto transfer took only a few minutes.
