Say I Do makes it so easy to send out…

Say I Do makes it so easy to send out digital invitations, to track progress on who’s attending and any questions you have asked your guests to answer. Easy to use and great interface! Would definitely recommend to our family and friends

We used Say I Do for our wedding RSVPS…

We used Say I Do for our wedding RSVPS and website, tracking our to do list separately. It was a very easy to use platform, with the ability to make any required changes, easily viewable RSVPs and guest information, and the wedding website was slick on both desktop and mobile. I also used the excel guestlist download, allowing us to create our table plan easily. One issue I encountered was changing the RSVP for one guest, meant their full party was changed - not sure if that was user error but a little annoying. Would recommend to future couples!

great to use

Say I do was great for our wedding - we really only used the website and RSVP features but the planning side from what I saw was great. Setting everything up and usability was nice and easy.
The only thing I would say as a suggestion for a new feature would be a bulk sms or email function for wedding updates/ information - we found ourselves having to send messages and being able to do it all through Say I Do would have been much easier

I’m using it to send save the dates out…

I’m using it to send save the dates out to my guests using SMS and so far it’s been flawless. Sent the text messages instantly and everyone was able to see my wedding deets. I’ll probably use it for my invites in a few months too, based on how much I’ve liked it. Thanks!

Would 100% recommend

Love the website - was clear and easy to do

Used most bits- the website, QR code, seating chart, loved the way it was cleared for RSPVs

I would suggest- seating changes to be able to be done on iPhone / iPad

Food choices to be able to be viewed while on the seating chart

Only issue is the above - I would still 100% recommend to any one getting married.

Some features worked well, others not so much

Some filtering features worked well such as being able to remove anyone not attending from view.
Many features were not clear to begin with- being able to copy individual invite links to guests.
The major downfall for this website, was after paying a fee to add additional guests to our guest list and paying to send texts, the sender appeared as likely scam, meaning most guests either didn’t get it or immediately ignored.
I’d recommend any future users to just copy the links for guests and WhatsApp/text yourself

Too complex

Not very effective when adding guests and checking if all received invitation.
It can be simplified

I definitely wouldn’t recommend Say I…

I definitely wouldn’t recommend Say I Do, especially if you’re planning to use a QR code on printed wedding invitations.

We paid for premium partly for the “Private Function” feature, only to discover that guests using the QR code can search your guest list and see other guests’ names. You only find this out after paying and testing it yourself , despite their website advertising “Keep your wedding events private” and “complete control” ..

Support is also pretty slow and unhelpful. Their solution was to either send 200+ guests individual links or just have an open guest list. So basically, don’t use the QR code at all… which was kind of the whole point. Oh, and they’ll still keep your $149. Fun.

I tried to resolve this directly, but my last two emails have since been ignored.

Save yourself the money and stress -don’t use Say I Do !!

Say I Do made getting my rsvps so easy

Say I Do made getting my rsvps so easy, I really recommend it. I was initially only going to use the free save the date, but it ended up being really nice to use, keeping my guests in there as well then it made sense to also have them rsvp in there.

I contacted support once because I messed something up and honestly Carly and Alex went above and beyond to help me, even though they didn't have to. I was so proud of my slick website too, and got many compliments from my girlies.

The only feedback I have for them is that I wish they had more things in there like a budgeting tool so I can do more of my planning inside the same place, rather than resorting to old school spreadsheets and stuff, but id recommend say I do to anybody getting married for sure.

P.s. I checked out some of the other sites before using this, and without naming names, they were pretty bad. Save yourself the trouble.

Overall poor experience and wish I had gone elsewhere

Using the website to build your wedding events is good and I particuarly chose this company because you can invite certain people to parts of your days without others being able to see the info. I also liked the option of table planning.
I thought the design options were ok rather than great.
My biggest problem came when sending out our website link to guests to view their invitations. At least half our guests had problems getting on to the website and not all the same issue. Some could not access at all, some had to enter passwords multiple times in the same session. I contaated customer services who basically said they could not replicate the faults i was reporting so that was it. The faults did not happen for me either but I personally saw it happen for my guests whilst with them and felt very embarrassed by the whole situation.
Worthy of mention is the table planning function cannot be used on ipad/iphone which was a little inconvenient and I found it clunky to make changes too on a laptop.
The other major issue was in downloading the guest menu choices. Whilst the data was fine to extract into a file for some reason it was really difficult to then work with the data as I can only imagine there was something in the download that caused the glitch. I did not bother contacting customer services given the previous slow response and lack of solution. It is also mentioned in the Facebook group that if you post any negative comments or functionality issues then your post is not accepted. This happened to me. I really take offence as this sort of practice

This is the best All-In-One solution

This is the best All-In-One solution for couples planning their wedding. Say I Do has everything in one place and kept me organized and on schedule. I love that I could manage my guest list and announcements in one place. The designs of the invitations, thank you notes and other announcements allowed me to customize my communications easily. Plus, I was able to have a cohesive design style across my invitations and wedding website.
The wedding website was so amazing. I love that I was able to share our journey with our guests.
The price point was great for the excellent services provided. It was like having a wedding planner from start to finish.
I can’t recommend Say I Do enough to couples planning their wedding. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

Thank You Say I Do for being a part of our wedding journey.
