BBB National Programs, Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a U.S. nonprofit organization with a mission of fostering trust, innovation and competition in the marketplace through the development and delivery of cost-effective third-party self-regulation, dispute resolution, and accountability programs. This Privacy Policy describes BBB National Programs’ policies and practices regarding its collection, use, and sharing of personal data, including on websites operated by BBB National Programs, such as bbbprograms.org.
