I was indirectly advised to use another broker
The agent named Jessica was not helpfull at all, she is more focused on getting rid of me, instead of providing me answers, the only time she did some actual work was when I asked for a manager, and she has the audacity to say she is a "MANAGER" I understand thr restrictrions and the regulations that needed to be followed, but as a customer I do deserve to be given a least an option, but instead she left me with more questions rather than answers, as if she is indirectly telling me that it is the end of the road for me and I should be getting service from another broker, if you are serious about the quality of the customer service you provide please let someone reach out to me, so I can get some answers before I move on and get another broker
