What is this benefit?

How do I access the additional workspaces?
This benefit increases your default from three Firebase Studio workspaces to ten workspaces. Go to studio.firebase.google.com to open the Firebase Studio interface. Once logged in, you can create a new workspace to start developing your project.

What is happening to Premium membership?
The Google Developer Program premium benefits are being consolidated into
Google AI Pro and AI Ultra subscriptions for personal Google
Accounts (@gmail.com).
If you have a Workspace account, your Premium subscription is not changing, and you can continue to keep your subscription.
If you have a personal Google Account and a standalone Premium subscription, you can continue to enjoy your benefits until the end of your billing period:
- Monthly subscribers: Your auto-renewal will continue until June 30, 2026, at which point it will be canceled at the end of your billing period. To continue receiving premium benefits, we recommend switching to Google AI Pro or AI Ultra before that date.
- Annual subscribers: Your auto-renewal will continue until March 30, 2026, at which point it will be canceled at the end of your billing period. To continue receiving premium benefits, we recommend switching to Google AI Pro or AI Ultra when your annual subscription ends.
With Google AI Pro or AI Ultra, you will receive $10, $40, or $100 in Google Cloud credits per month, respectively. However, 1:1 consultations, Google Cloud certification vouchers, and unlimited Google Skills access will no longer be included. As a Standard member, you still have access to 35 monthly Google Skills learning credits.

No, benefits for your current year's paid membership expire and don't roll over into the next year's paid membership.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, do the following:
- Open your Account Settings.
- Click Manage subscription to open the subscription management portal.
- Click Cancel subscription.
You will continue to have access to all benefits until the end of your billing period.
How do I update my payment method?
To update your payment method, do the following:
- Open your Account Settings.
- Click Manage subscription to open the subscription management portal.
- To add a new payment method, click Add payment method.
- To delete an existing payment method, click the ellipsis button and click Delete.
To update information for an existing payment method (for example, to update the expiration date), you must add a new payment method with the new information and delete the existing payment method.
Google Cloud credits
Which Google Cloud products can the credit be applied to?
You can apply the Google Cloud credit to usage of all Google Cloud products including Firebase, Vertex AI, and the Google Maps API.
Are there any restrictions using the Google Cloud credit?
Cloud credits may be spent on any Google Cloud Platform or Google Maps Platform product.
How do I apply the Google Cloud credit to my account?
On your Google Developer Program My Benefits page, the card for this benefit displays the Google Cloud billing accounts that you have access to. Select the billing account to apply the credit to.
I don't see my Google Cloud billing account in the drop-down list. What should I do?
If you see "No billing account" or don't see your Google Cloud billing account in the drop-down list, it's because you don't have the billing.accounts.redeemPromotion IAM role as a billing account user or administrator. Work with your Google Cloud billing administrator to update your billing account access.
I don't see a billing account drop-down list. I see a promo code. How do I apply the Google Cloud credit to my account?
If you see a promo code and not a billing account drop-down list, do the following to apply the Google Cloud credit to your account:
- Get your credit promotion code from your Google Developer Program My Benefits page.
- Navigate to console.cloud.google.com/billing/redeem.
- Paste the code.
- Select the billing account to apply the credit to.
- Click Continue.
The credit can only be applied to a single billing account.
I have credits remaining at the end of my subscription period. Can I roll them over?
For both the monthly and annual plans, Google Cloud credits expire a year after grant. Credits cannot roll over beyond a year.
$50 GenAI developer annual credit
Are there any restrictions using the GenAI developer credit?
This credit may only be used in Google AI Studio and Google Cloud Vertex AI. You can get a complete list of SKUs in this SKU group.
- For Google AI Studio, the credit can only be applied to Google GenAI models including Gemini 2.0+ models, and GenMedia models such as Imagen. Learn more about AI Studio pricing.
